Ying is a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), emphasizing her dedication to professional excellence in coaching. Her academic background includes a master's degree in Economics from Yale University and a B.A. in Economics from Peking University in China.
 

Beyond coaching, Ying holds various leadership roles, serving as a board member of WIMF, a non-profit inspiring female leaders in Financial Services. She is also involved with unicorn FinTech start-ups and co-founded Work in Fintech, an EdTech platform fostering leadership in the FinTech and Web3 space.
