Chloe’s approach to leadership coaching and development combines 20+ years of corporate leadership with design thinking and mindfulness. 

 

Chloe brings a wealth of experience to our Christianne & Co. clients. She was the Product Design Director of Google Shopping, where she led the UX teams to do the best work of their careers. Prior to Google, she was the Chief Creative Officer at R/GA, a digital design agency. The common thread throughout her career has been recognizing the greatness in others and designing the tools and opportunities for them to realize​ it. ​She has been a long time advocate and proponent of diversity and inclusion in the Tech and Advertising industries, as a mentor and leader of Cannes See it Be it. 

 

Additionally, as a lifelong meditation practitioner and trained yoga teacher, Chloe incorporates mindfulness practices within her coaching.  She views herself as a global citizen, having lived abroad in France and Spain.
