Chloe’s approach to Leadership Coaching and Development combines 20+ years of Corporate Leadership with Design thinking and Mindfulness. 

 

Prior to launching her coaching practice, Chloe was the Product Design Director of Google Shopping, where she led the UX teams to do the best work of their careers. Prior to Google, she was the Chief Creative Officer at R/GA, a digital design agency. The common thread throughout her career has been  recognizing the greatness in others and designing the tools and opportunities for them to realize​ it. ​She has been a long time advocate and proponent of diversity and inclusion in the Tech and Advertising industries, as a mentor and leader of Cannes See it Be it. 

 

On a personal note, Chloe was exposed to mindfulness tools as a small child.​​ As a lifelong meditation practitioner and trained yoga teacher, she incorporates mindfulness practices within her coaching. She currently lives in Brooklyn, NY with her  husband and two daughters. 

 

Chloe views herself as a global citizen who has lived abroad in France and Spain and speaks French and Spanish. In her free time, you will find her ​enjoying NYC with her family​ and taking breaks to travel, swim and run.
