Executive Presence

Executive presence coaching for senior leaders.

Authentic executive presence is not performance. It's the embodied, repeatable capacity to be trusted in the room — in language, body, mood, and decision-making.

Beyond polish — the structure of presence.

Most executive presence coaching is cosmetic — posture tips, wardrobe notes, talking-point drills. That work fades within a quarter. Our approach is ontological, working the four dimensions a leader actually inhabits in the room.

The result is presence that holds up in board meetings, all-hands, investor calls, and the conversations that define a senior role.

Four dimensions of presence
01

Language

Declarative precision, strategic silence, and removing the soft hedges that quietly erode authority.

02

Body

Posture, breath, pace — the somatic signals that anchor a room or quietly undermine it.

03

Mood

The capacity to choose your mood under pressure, rather than inherit the room's.

04

Decisions

A decision-making cadence that signals composure and clarity to peers, boards, and reports.

Questions

Common questions about executive presence coaching.

What is executive presence, exactly?
The embodied, repeatable capacity to be trusted in the room — in language, body, mood, and decision-making. It is not charisma or polish; it is how a leader actually shows up under pressure.
How is this different from communication or media training?
Communication training works on the surface — talking points, posture, delivery. Executive presence coaching works on the structure underneath: how you think, what mood you bring, and how you make decisions in real time.
Is the coaching delivered in person in NYC, or remotely?
Both. Sessions are held in person in New York City when useful — particularly for embodied work — and remotely for the rest. Engagements with leaders outside NYC are delivered globally.
How do I know if I need executive presence coaching?
Common signals: your technical authority is unquestioned but the room responds differently than you expect, you've been promoted into board visibility, or stakeholder feedback says "trusted" but not yet "commanding."
