01Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as name, email address, organization, role, and any details shared through our contact forms, booking flows, intake documents, or during coaching engagements. When you participate in a program arranged by your employer or a government agency, we receive the participant details needed to run that program. We also collect limited technical information automatically on our marketing pages, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and improve the site.
02How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver coaching and consulting services, manage engagements, send relevant communications, and improve our website and offerings. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use client or program data to train AI models.
03Confidentiality of coaching engagements
Information shared in the context of a coaching relationship is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and any applicable engagement agreement. Identifying details are never shared with sponsoring organizations without explicit consent.
04Government & program data
Data we handle for government engagements is classified at our highest sensitivity level: it is segregated, access-restricted, audit-logged, and used only for the contracted purpose. Program pages carry no analytics and no AI features. Disclosure beyond the contracting agency requires the agency's written approval or a legal mandate.
05Sharing & subprocessors
We share information only with a small set of vetted service providers who help us operate — hosting, database, scheduling, email, and analytics — and only to the extent necessary to deliver our services. Each is bound by data-protection obligations. The current list, with what each provider receives, is published on our Trust & Security page. We may also disclose information when required by law.
06Cookies & analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and measure how visitors engage with our marketing pages. Analytics are excluded entirely from program pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings; analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site.
07How we protect your information
Personal information is protected by a written security program: encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls enforced at the database, audit logging of access to sensitive records, and safeguards consistent with the New York SHIELD Act. The full picture — infrastructure, controls, and commitments — is on our Trust & Security page.
08Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements — governed by a documented retention schedule. Coaching records are retained per the terms of the engagement agreement and ICF guidance; program data for government engagements is deleted at contract end or on agency request.
09Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, email us — we verify the request and confirm in writing.
10Children's privacy
Our services are intended for professionals and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, with the updated date noted. Material changes are highlighted at the top of the policy.
For the security controls behind this policy — encryption, subprocessors, audit logging, and our compliance commitments — see Trust & Security.
