The Executive Playground is Christianne & Company’s signature experiential leadership retreat for executives, founders, professionals, and emerging leaders seeking room to think, reconnect, challenge themselves, and expand.

We combine facilitated leadership development with extraordinary environments and shared experiences that invite curiosity, perspective, connection, and discovery.

There is serious work here.

There is also room to breathe, laugh, explore, play, and remember that leadership development does not always have to happen sitting around a conference table.

Why a playground?

Executive Playground uses those conditions intentionally - combining leadership inquiry with experiences that allow participants to see familiar challenges differently and discover possibilities they may not have accessed from inside their usual environments.

In October 2027, Executive Playground returns to Africa for an intimate leadership expedition through Tanzania.

Designed for a small cohort, this experience will weave together leadership development, safari and exploration, cultural immersion, restoration, meaningful conversation, and extraordinary shared experiences.

This is not ten consecutive days of workshops.

It is an intentionally designed journey in which the environment itself becomes part of the leadership work - creating space to challenge assumptions, explore identity, reconnect with possibility, and consider what you want the next chapter of your leadership and life to require of you.

Who it’s for

For leaders who have accomplished a great deal - and are still curious about what else is possible.

Executives, founders, senior professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders in moments of growth, transition, reinvention, or expansion are invited to express interest.

Tanzania builds upon Christianne & Company’s previous international retreat experiences, including our leadership journey in South Africa, and represents the next evolution of Executive Playground.

Founding Cohort

A deliberately small first cohort

The 2027 Tanzania experience will be limited to approximately 8–10 participants so the experience remains intimate, flexible, and highly personal.
