Executive Coaching

Executive coaching in New York City for senior leaders.

Bespoke 1:1 engagements for leaders who need to act with clarity, presence, and measurable impact — not tactical fixes that fade.

A coaching practice built for senior decision-makers.

Christianne & Co. is a boutique executive coaching firm in NYC, working with the C-suite, founders, and senior leaders across corporate, government, and education. Every engagement is designed around the structural realities of your role — not a generic curriculum.

The methodology is ontological: we work on who the leader is being — in language, mood, and embodied presence. The result is durable change, not coaching theater.

The engagement

Bespoke. Confidential. Measured.

Engagements begin with diagnostic work — stakeholder interviews and, where useful, the MRG LEA 360® or IDI. What we learn shapes the work.

Sessions are private, regular, and structured around the realities of senior leadership. Progress is reviewed against outcomes agreed at the outset.

Questions

Common questions about executive coaching.

Who is this executive coaching for?
C-suite executives, founders, managing partners, and senior leaders preparing for board-level responsibility — typically in NYC or working with NYC-based organizations, delivered in person and globally.
What does an ontological approach mean in practice?
We work on who the leader is being — in language, mood, and embodied presence — not only what they do. The shift is internal first, which is why the behavioral change holds long after the engagement ends.
How long is a typical engagement?
Six to twelve months is standard, with regular private sessions structured around board cycles, travel, and the volatility of senior roles. Shorter, focused sprints are available for specific transitions.
How are outcomes measured?
Outcomes are agreed at the outset and reviewed throughout. Where useful, we anchor measurement in the MRG Leadership Effectiveness 360 (LEA 360®) or Individual Directions Inventory™ (IDI), repeated at the close of the engagement.
